I walk my native beaches for inspiration, I travel the world for understanding, and I connect the words upon my yoga mat.

Cape Codders live close to the elements, in daily interaction with the wind, the sun and the breeze. Our work is scoured by the tide's ebb and flow, completed in the sun's bright glare, and fueled with cups of hot clam chowder.
